About this event
The Boise Turkey Day 5K starts at Cecil Andrus Park, in front of the Capitol building at Capitol and Idaho in downtown Boise. It's a whole-family fun run with an adult 5K for ages 13 and over and a kids 5K for 12 and under, and strollers are always welcome. The race benefits the Boise Rescue Mission and Camp Rainbow Gold, and runners are encouraged to bring extra canned food for them.
Parking
Garages within a few blocks include Capitol & Main (first hour free), 9th & Main, 9th & Front and 10th & Front; nearby meters give the first 20 minutes free, and free parking is often available early around Julia Davis Park.
Good to know
Race starts 9am.
