About this event
The Helen Chamber of Commerce fills Main Street in the Alpine-styled mountain village of Helen with its Christmas Market over two weekends. Vendors sell handmade Christmas gifts and decorations along with sweets and treats, and the setting does the rest: Helen bills itself as Bavaria in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains, a bustling alpine village backed by mountains and forest, which makes it an easy place to stretch a shopping trip into a day of browsing.
Our take: The market sticks to sweets, so plan a sit-down meal at one of Helen's restaurants for anything savory.
