About this event
For more than 30 years, the Jacksonville Light Boat Parade has brought holiday lights to the St. Johns River in downtown Jacksonville. Boats of every shape and size are dressed in lights and festive decor as they cruise past the Northbank and Southbank, and spectators line the downtown Riverwalks to watch the procession. The evening ends with fireworks, including the signature waterfall fireworks that cascade from the Main Street and Acosta bridges.
Our take: Stake out a Riverwalk spot with a view of the Main Street Bridge so you're facing the waterfall fireworks at the finale.
