New Year's Eve in Jacksonville

New Year's Eve in Jacksonville centers on a downtown fireworks show that Visit Jacksonville says is the biggest in Florida. Fireworks launch at midnight from a barge on the St. Johns River between the Hyatt and DoubleTree hotels and from high above the river on the Acosta Bridge, so the show can be seen from both the north and south banks downtown. Hotels, attractions, restaurants and live music venues from the beaches to downtown host their own parties through the evening.
