About this event
Panteón Fest celebrates Día de los Muertos at Historic Heritage Square in Downtown Oxnard, bringing together art, music, food and community for eight hours of festivities. Visitors can explore community altars and an art gallery, enjoy live performances, shop local vendors and watch the Catrín & Catrina Contest. The festival's theme celebrates the world of Chespirito, the Mexican comedian behind characters including El Chavo del Ocho and El Chapulín Colorado.
Our take: Come dressed as your favorite Chespirito character; festivalgoers are encouraged to join in the theme.
Good to know
The festival runs 1–9 p.m. VIP high-top tables and VIP boxes for up to four guests are available.
