About this event
Founded in 1931, the Sheridan WYO Rodeo is billed as one of the top rodeo events in the United States, and some folks call it Sheridan's homecoming. The week pairs PRCA rodeo with the World Championship Indian Relay Races. Around the arena, listed pieces include a Boot Kick-off, a downtown pancake breakfast, the Sneakers and Spurs 5K, a Main Street parade, a carnival, a First People's Pow Wow, and a tailgate party with polo. Performances sit at the Sheridan County Fairgrounds, and replays have aired on The Cowboy Channel.
Our take: Pick a night that pairs the PRCA rodeo with the World Championship Indian Relay Races at the Sheridan County Fairgrounds.
