Vesperman Farms Fall Festival

Vesperman Farms in Lancaster, at 8149 Stage Road, turns the home place into a fall festival with acres of u-pick pumpkins, a 5-acre corn maze, and more than 30 attractions. The list runs from a zip line, giant ropes course, and big swing to a trebuchet, pumpkin cannon, duck races, and a bubble barn. Five acres of pumpkins can be picked or taken pre-picked. Warm apple cider donuts, fresh kettle corn, hand-dipped caramel apples, and hand-packed ice cream anchor the food, with full concessions when appetites grow. Mums and flower fields add color.

Our take: Split an order of apple cider donuts and kettle corn between the maze and the zip line.
