About this event
Sam Mazza's in Colchester is open year-round, with a bakery turning out pies, breads, donuts, cakes, and pastries, plus a greenhouse, a gift department, Vermont foods, and garden supplies. Home-grown produce runs from strawberries in June through sweet corn in summer. Autumn adds hayrides to the pumpkin patch for pick-your-own and a corn maze with 12 hidden checkpoints. Winter brings Vermont Christmas trees and wreaths. The farm is at 277 Lavigne Road.
Our take: Pair the maze with a bakery stop, since pies and donuts are made on site all year and the maze is the autumn add-on.

Market hours Monday-Saturday 7am-7pm and Sunday 7am-6pm, subject to change. Hayrides weekends, 10am-4pm, weather permitting. Maze from Labor Day weekend through October 31.
