About this event
Jeter Farm's Fall Festival near Roanoke offers a corn maze, wagon rides, slides, a barnyard zoo, games, a jump pad, a kids' zip line and photo ops with general admission, plus pumpkin cannons and you-pick pumpkins for an extra charge. The Country Store stocks locally made, Virginia Grown and Virginia's Finest products and crafts, and food for sale includes ice cream, local apple cider and kettle corn, with grilled hamburgers, hot dogs and roasted corn on weekends.
Our take: The last hayride leaves at 5 p.m., an hour before closing, so fit the wagon ride in before then.
Good to know
Saturday 9 a.m.–6 p.m., Sunday noon–6 p.m.; weekdays by field-trip reservation only. $15 general admission; ages 2 and under free. Pumpkins and cannon shots sold separately. No handicapped-accessible wagon is currently available.
