About this event
The Boulevard Bolt is a Thanksgiving Day 5-mile run and walk on Belle Meade Boulevard, organized by volunteers from Immanuel Baptist Church, St. George's Episcopal Church and The Temple Congregation Ohabai Sholom. Since 1994 it has grown from 2,500 participants to over 7,500 and ranks among the largest 5-mile races in the country. All proceeds go to help the homeless community in Nashville, and walkers are as welcome as competitive racers.
Our take: Parking near the start is limited, so take the shuttle from The Temple or Belle Meade United Methodist Church and arrive well before the start.
