About this event
The Knoxville Drive Electric Festival, brought by the Knoxville Electric Vehicle Association (KEVA) and Drive Electric Tennessee to the campus of Pellissippi State Community College, bills itself as the largest National Drive Electric Month event in the Southeast. It has drawn over 120 EVs representing 40 models, and visitors can see, ride in or drive EVs and talk with their owners. There's live music, local food trucks, a Kidz Zone with face painting, Electric Avenue with businesses and nonprofits, a Zoom Zone for e-bikes and e-scooters, and a KEVA information booth.
Our take: Rivian is bringing its newest vehicle, the R2, with one on display and one for the Ride and Drive.
