Film Fest Knox

Film Fest Knox is a four-day celebration of film programming in downtown Knoxville, with screenings at the Regal Riviera, 510 South Gay Street, plus regional and local filmmaking competitions, workshops and social events. Launched in 2023, with Darren Hughes of The Public Cinema as artistic director and the Visit Knoxville Film Office among its partners, the festival mixes new discoveries, festival favorites and restored classics. It gives special attention to films made outside the major movie-industry hubs and films made in Tennessee, including a Made in Tennessee competition, alongside films from across the country and around the world.

Our take: Start with a single screening if you're curious, since individual tickets don't require a festival pass.
