About this event
The City of North Charleston's Harvest Festival fills the Olde Village on East Montague Avenue near Park Circle with live music, an artist market of fine art and crafts, and a Kid's Zone of crafts and games. Trick-or-treat on the street comes with treat bags for kids age 12 and under while supplies last, and Crosswind Farms brings a pop-up petting zoo. Costume contests award first, second, and third in youth, groups, and pets. Food and drink come from restaurants, bars, and breweries in the surrounding area. East Montague closes to vehicles from Jenkins Avenue to Virginia Avenue before the festivities and stays closed for the event.
Our take: Get kids to the street trick-or-treat early, while treat bags last, and have costume entries ready to line up before judging.
Parking
East Montague Avenue closes to vehicles from Jenkins Avenue to Virginia Avenue at 2:00 pm and stays closed for the event.
Good to know
Trick-or-treat bags for ages 12 and under, 4:00-6:00 pm, while supplies last. Costume lineup at 5:45 pm; contests at 6:00 pm.
