About this event
The Holiday Festival of Lights has been a Lowcountry tradition since 1990, spreading more than 750 illuminated displays and millions of lights across James Island County Park. Families can also ride the holiday train, see a giant sand sculpture, roast marshmallows and visit with Santa.
Our take: Arrive soon after the 5:30 p.m. opening to see the displays and still have time for the train and marshmallows.
