About this event
Nights of a Thousand Candles lights Brookgreen Gardens in Murrells Inlet with more than 2,700 hand-lit candles and millions of sparkling lights among the garden's sculptures and paths. Visitors walk the grounds with warm cider while holiday music plays, and an entertainment stage hosts sets through the evening. Travel + Leisure named it the best Christmas lights in South Carolina. The Sparkle & Fun package adds wine or cider and holographic glasses that turn every light into bursts of color.
Our take: Reserve dinner at Harvest restaurant ahead of time; it requires a Nights of a Thousand Candles ticket too.
Parking
Traffic is sometimes heavy; carpooling is encouraged.
