About this event
Dillsburg Farmers Fair opens with a ceremony by the fair president and invited guests at Northern High School, then the traditional queen pageant, and later crowns a senior king and queen at the community hall. The week stacks an antique car show, an antique tractor show, a hot rod and custom car show, an arts and crafts fair, a children's parade, a cute baby contest, an Olde Tyme Market, and the Fantastic Parade. Organizers point to the food as some of the best you will have all year. A shuttle runs from the high school on Saturday, with a gap while the parade is in the street.
Our take: Park at the high school and ride the shuttle, and do not count on the bus during the Fantastic Parade.
Parking
Saturday shuttle from the high school, 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., paused during the Fantastic Parade. No pets, scooters, bicycles, skateboards, Segways, or e-bikes on Baltimore Street. Handicap parking at Dillsburg Elementary, 102 N Baltimore Street, and E. Church Street to Harrisburg Pike; placard required.
