About this event
WinterFest turns Kings Island in Mason into a holiday park on select nights, with light displays of millions of shimmering lights, family activities, live entertainment, holiday comfort food and drinks, and a selection of rides. On International Street, the Royal Fountain becomes Snow Flake Lake, which the park calls one of the largest ice skating venues around, with polar bears greeting guests near the entrance.
Our take: Check the park calendar for open nights, and book skating ahead, since it costs extra and requires a waiver.
Good to know
Select nights only. Ice skating is an extra-fee add-on; kids under 10 need a companion 14 or older.
