About this event
Roc Holiday Village turns downtown Rochester's Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Park into a winter festival that has grown into a local favorite since its 2018 debut. An outdoor ice rink anchors the park, surrounded by a Shopping Village and Mini Makers Market, Santa's Workshop, a nativity photo spot and crafts for kids. Groups can reserve Cozy Winter Igloos or Igloo Inns, and ticketed extras include a magic show, wreath decorating and Story Time with Santa. Food trucks, fire pits, live music and The Lodge bar keep evenings going.
Our take: Warm up between skating sessions at the fire pits with something from the food trucks.
Good to know
Ice skating and skate rentals are free; igloos and special events are ticketed.
