About this event
Lighting of Wake Forest is the town’s downtown tree lighting with Santa, live music, crafts, food trucks, and free parking nearby. Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources stages it as a community kickoff night on the downtown green. Music and crafts keep kids busy before the lights flip. Use the free parking tips on the town site and bring a layer for standing outdoors.
Our take: Grab food-truck dinner early so you are free for Santa and the countdown without juggling trays.
Parking
Free at Center for Active Aging and public lots; accessible spaces at Town Hall
