About this event
The Bass & Saltwater Fishing Expo fills the NC State Fairgrounds with over 130 exhibitors over three days, all aimed at getting anglers Rigged & Ready for the season. Over 100 retail and specialty tackle shops bring truckloads of tackle at off-season discounts, and over 20 regional marine dealers fill the Jim Graham Building with fishing boats, from aluminum jon boats to offshore rigs. Dozens of seminars feature some of the country's top anglers, with bass demos in a 4,000 gallon tank, and kids can try the Mountain Trout Pond Simulator.
Our take: With dozens of seminars over three days, check the seminar schedule first and build your visit around the anglers you most want to hear, then walk the Jim Graham Building for boats.
Parking
Parking is free at the NC State Fairgrounds, with handicap parking near the entrance and a drop-off area at the entrance tent.
