About this event
Winterfest of Lights is the Town of Ocean City's walk-through winter wonderland at the 58-acre Northside Park, at 200 125th Street. Visitors stroll past new and classic light displays, a Field of Lights and interactive displays to the centerpiece 50-foot Christmas tree, with hot chocolate, bonfires, photos with Santa Claus and a gift shop along the way. Fire & Ice Nights on Fridays and Saturdays add live entertainment in the Winterfest Tent, pets are welcome on Wednesday evenings, and the season closes with fireworks at Northside Park on New Year's Eve and downtown on New Year's Day.
Our take: Book a horse-drawn carriage on one of the Enchanted Evenings, carriage-only nights that the town says come with smaller crowds.
