About this event
Endless Summer Cruisin' spreads car shows across Ocean City, Maryland, at the Inlet Parking Lot, the Convention Center lot, and other business sites around town. The weekend adds vendors, a Pedal Car Show, a Neon & LED Light Car Show, a swap meet, live music, and Manufacturer's Midway at the Inlet. Inside the OC Convention Center, the Hot Rod & Custom Car Show sits beside a vendor showroom. Chris Jacobs from Overhaulin' and restorers Rick Dale and Ron Dale from American Restoration are scheduled to meet fans. Should've Been a Cowboy, a Toby Keith tribute starring Charlie Floyd, plays inside the Convention Center. Special Boardwalk Cruises run along the historic OC Boardwalk. Before the Inlet finale more than 500 trophies, plaques, and awards are presented.
Our take: Use Friday or Saturday if you want Jacobs and the Dales; Sunday at the Inlet is the shorter awards closer.
Parking
Special Event Zone rules drop speed limits and raise fines. No loud vehicle noise audible 50 feet away. Trailer parking on city streets needs a permit from May 1 through October 31; free trailer parking is at the Route 50 Park & Ride. Only registered participants may buy a trailer permit.
Good to know
Thursday through Saturday share full daytime show hours; Sunday is Inlet only and ends earlier. Boardwalk Cruises are Thursday through Saturday mornings.
