About this event
Night Maze at the LSU AgCenter Botanic Gardens at Burden is a family-friendly after-dark corn maze, and costumes, glow sticks, and flashlights are the suggested gear. Visitors can stroll the maze, roast marshmallows by the bonfire, climb the hay mountain, take a swim in the corn crib, play games, and dance to live music. The same Burden grounds also run a separate daytime Corn Maze on set October dates, built around a two-hour session with a hayride to the sunflower field and satsuma grove, the Goula Paradise petting farm, and a pumpkin patch. Night Maze is the one evening with the bonfire and live music.
Our take: Bring a flashlight and glow sticks, then leave time for marshmallows at the bonfire after the maze walk.
