About this event
The Mandeville Trailhead Market is a weekly open-air market run by the City of Mandeville in the heart of Old Mandeville, beside the Tammany Trace. More than 80 local artisans, producers and growers bring seasonal produce, eggs, honey, cut flowers, plants, prepared foods, arts and crafts. The city set it up to encourage people to walk the town and to give neighbors a festive weekly gathering place. The Trailhead grounds add restrooms, pavilions, an amphitheater and a renovated train station with a splash fountain that children enjoy.
Our take: Bike in on the Tammany Trace and let the kids cool off at the Trailhead splash fountain after shopping.
