About this event
Covington Farmers Market, a program of the Center for Great Neighborhoods, sets up along Washington Street in downtown Covington between West 6th Street and West Pike Street. A rotating lineup of over 30 vendors fills up to 25 stalls with local produce, prepared foods, baked goods, plants, flowers, and crafts. It is a Kentucky Proud member and one of the few Kentucky-based farmers markets within a 15-mile radius that accepts food assistance cards. Some former booths have grown into brick-and-mortar storefronts.
Our take: Bring your food assistance card if you use one, since this is one of the few Kentucky markets in the area that accepts them.
