Fair Oaks Farms Harvest Season

Fair Oaks Farms treats harvest as an all-day stop in Northwest Indiana, not a typical orchard or roadside patch. Visitors can pick apples, ride a weekend tractor wagon or a rented golf cart through the pumpkin patch, and tour working dairy and pig farms with interactive museum exhibits. Mooville adds a milk-jug climbing wall, the Milk Chug Express Train, and a jumping pillow. Apple cannons run on weekends, launching bags of apple shots. Cider donuts, caramel apples, and Saturday live music round out the visit, and the season brings the Indiana Pumpkin Growers Association weigh-off at Pumpkinfest and a closing Pumpkin Smash Bash.
