About this event
The Pinecrest Gardens Farmers Market sets up every Sunday, rain or shine, in the South Parking Lot of Pinecrest Gardens, the Village of Pinecrest's 14-acre botanical garden on the historic Parrot Jungle property, a theme park attraction dating to 1936. Vendors offer handmade artisanal items, fruits and vegetables and delicious foods, and the Miami New Times has named it Best Farmer's Market in Miami several times. A free community Vinyasa yoga class sponsored by Baptist Health starts the morning.
Our take: Pair the market with a walk through Pinecrest Gardens, whose grounds keep original attractions from the old Parrot Jungle.
