Zoo Lights Miami

Zoo Lights turns Zoo Miami into an after-dark holiday walk, with more than a million lights, a 26-foot LED holiday tree, festive music and themed photo spots along the paths. Santa appears on select nights, and an animal presentation at the Sami Family Amphitheater, character meet-and-greets, a Letters to Santa station and a new train ride add to the evening. Most animals are asleep, but flamingos, ambassador animals and sometimes the tiger and Florida: Mission Everglades residents can be seen.

Our take: Add the s'more and lighted souvenir cup package; you'll trade a voucher for it at a zoo food stand.
