About this event
The Old Saybrook Torchlight Parade has been a Christmas tradition for more than 50 years, bringing fife and drum corps from all over New England to town along with Christmas-themed floats designed by local businesses. The parade gets its name from the torches carried by the marchers, and those who stay until the end get to see the guest of honor, Santa Claus. Volunteer citizens run the parade, with financial support from the Town of Old Saybrook.
