About this event
The Adams County Fair fills the Adams County Fairgrounds in Brighton for five days of fair food, 4-H shows, Open Class competitions, free entertainment and live acts in the United Power Grandstand, and its most recent edition drew more than 170,000 people. A visit can cost nothing at all: the county encourages guests to bring food and non-alcoholic drinks from home, catch live bands and DJs in the free entertainment tent and take in the free on-grounds shows.
Our take: Skip the parking lots and use the free off-site park-and-ride shuttles, which drop guests at the fairgrounds entrance.
