California Wine Festival Huntington Beach splits into a rare-wine night and a beachside afternoon, both at Paséa Hotel and Spa. The Sunset Rare and Reserve tasting in the Sapphire Ballroom pours hard-to-find trophy wines, some already out of circulation, with a champagne reception, chef appetizers, and live music. The beachside festival overlooks the beaches of Huntington Beach and serves hundreds of premium California wines, regional craft brews, and tastes of cheese, bread, olive oil, shellfish, salads, chocolate, and cake. Portions are sample-sized.
