About this event
Ketchikan Area Arts and Humanities Council opens its Winter Arts Faire at the Ted Ferry Civic Center on the Friday after Thanksgiving with a gala reception: a no-host bar, live music, hors d'oeuvres, and work from over 60 artists. Saturday and Sunday continue with artist booths, food booths, holiday caroling, and maybe a visitor from the North Pole. The council pitches the faire as the place to finish holiday shopping lists.
Our take: Go to the opening gala if you want the live music and hors d'oeuvres with the artists, then come back on the weekend for booth browsing and caroling.
