About this event
The Tidewater Veterans Day Parade is an annual tradition run by the Hampton Roads Council of Veterans Organizations. It begins at 16th Street and Atlantic Avenue, winds north and west past the Virginia Beach Convention Center and the Tidewater Veterans Memorial, and ends near the Sports Center. A formal 11 o'clock ceremony and a veterans luncheon follow the parade.
Our take: Watch near the Convention Center so you can walk to the Tidewater Veterans Memorial for the ceremony afterward.
