About this event
The McLean Farmers Market sets up on Friday mornings in Lewinsville Park on Chain Bridge Road. Run by the Fairfax County Park Authority, it brings growers and food makers together for produce, meats, dairy, breads and artisanal goods. Like the county's other markets, it accepts food scraps for composting and has dropped single-use plastic bags.
Our take: Bring reusable bags and a cooler for meat and dairy, since the market no longer hands out plastic bags.
