About this event
Scarecrow Music Festival fills Main Street in Chappell Hill with Texas country on two stages, a scarecrow contest open to individuals, groups, families, and neighborhoods, and a marketplace of more than 100 vendors. The Scarecrow Festival has been a Chappell Hill tradition since 1978 and now returns with professional production; all proceeds benefit the Chappell Hill Historical Society, Fire Department, and Chamber of Commerce. The 2026 lineup of ten acts is headlined by Roger Creager and Bri Bagwell. Visitors can also explore Main Street and the Wine Garden. A one-of-a-kind church service gathers at the festival Main Stage at 5315 Main Street.
