About this event
Billed as Northern Rhode Island's largest festival, Autumnfest is a family-friendly fall weekend that has marked the season in Woonsocket since 1979. WWII Veterans Memorial Park is the grounds. Across the days, visitors get live music and entertainment, food vendors, artisans, local businesses, amusement rides, family activities, and fireworks. The signature draw is a 10-division Autumnfest Parade, and Monday on the grounds starts after that parade finishes.
Our take: Stay through Monday if the 10-division parade is why you came, since the grounds reopen only after it ends.
