About this event
OK!toberfest OKC brings a German festival to OKC Fair Park in partnership with Mike and Sammie Turek, whose family hosted Oktoberfest at Old Germany restaurant in Choctaw for over 27 years. Dorfrocker, a band from Munich, headlines Harrah's Main Stage in the Centennial Building, while the open-air Paulaner Fest Tent has music, dancing and stein holding contests. German Bites vendors serve German food, the Pavilion Marktplatz adds shopping, an inflatable zone and crafts, and STV Almrausch dancers perform traditional Schuhplattler dances throughout the festival.
Our take: Come Sunday afternoon for the Long Dog Derby: dachshunds parade through the grounds at 1:15 p.m. before racing from 2 p.m., with finals at 5.
Parking
Free parking on site, including handicap parking. Rideshare pick-up and drop-off at 450 Kiamichi Place. No pets except service animals.

Thursday preview night 5–11 p.m.; Friday 5 p.m.–midnight; Saturday noon–midnight; Sunday family day noon–6 p.m. Admission $12 advance, $14 at the gate; college students $10 walk-up Friday–Sunday; children 11 and under free. Beer, food and merchandise are cashless. Clear bags only.
