About this event
This cook-off pits chili against chowder at Harpoons on the Bay in North Cape May, closing out a Make-A-Wish weekend that the restaurant and Coldwell Banker Sol Needles put together with raffles, giveaways, food and drink specials and a 50/50. Money raised goes to Make-A-Wish New Jersey, which grants wishes to children with critical illnesses.
Our take: Come hungry for both categories and make it a lunch stop on a Cape May weekend; the cook-off runs late morning into early afternoon.
