About this event
Midnight Merriment, presented by Breezeline, keeps downtown Concord open late for holiday shopping, with many businesses offering progressive discounts, refreshments and exclusive deals until midnight. Holiday music is piped through downtown all night, the Concord Chorale strolls South Main Street caroling, and there are Santa photos, a holiday dance party, make-and-take ornaments at the League of NH Craftsmen and live music in Bicentennial Square. A food truck alley lines Capitol Street, and a warming station offers picnic tables and heaters.
Our take: Get to City Plaza early for free s'mores over an open fire: 500 are provided and supplies typically run out around 7:30 p.m.
Parking
Storrs Street Garage (75 Storrs St), School Street Garage (17 School St) and State Street Garage (19 N State St); on-street parking on Storrs and State Streets. On-street parking on South Main Street is handicap only.
