About this event
Holiday Lights on Main transforms Dykshoorn & Heritage Park in downtown Mandan with about a million lights for 45 nights, from a Grand Lighting and Santa's arrival on Main Street until shortly after New Year's. The Mandan Progress Organization fills the park with Christmas displays, music, firepits and the occasional cup of hot chocolate, and a different community sponsor often brings each night to life. Organizers sum it up as a Hallmark movie, but in Mandan.
Our take: Walk over to the Morton Mandan Public Library to vote for a Christmas Tree of Charity; the top trees earn money for local causes.
