About this event
The Whitefish Turkey Trot is a 3.1-mile Thanksgiving Day course in downtown Whitefish that starts and ends outside the O'Shaughnessy Center. Because of the expected number of participants, runners and walkers start in separate waves.
Our take: Bring a food donation for the North Valley Food Bank, which especially needs turkeys, hams, potatoes and yams, canned vegetables, cranberry sauce, stuffing and pie fixings.
Good to know
Runners' wave 8:30 a.m.; walkers' wave 9:30 a.m. Entry $15; price rises after Oct. 31.
