About this event
The Feemster family farm sits just north of the Springfield, Missouri city limits, on more than 600 acres of family land. The family runs a dairy, alongside corn, soybeans, and wheat. The corn maze is described as not quite 13 acres, with a live petting zoo from Circle S Mobile Safari that includes miniature cattle, pigs, mini horses, and goats. Activities include a two-lane 170-foot slide, an apple cannon, hayrides, a jump pillow, a basketball wagon, a tractor pull, cornhole, corn pits, a bubble well, and rubber duck races. A pumpkin and gourd patch depends on availability, and a food trailer sells snacks and concession-style food.
Our take: Ride the hay wagon and use the apple cannon before sunset, since both stop once the sun goes down.
Parking
No alcohol. No dogs, including service animals. Jump pillow requires over 36 inches, or 48 inches without a parent; the slide requires 42 inches and the ability to hold the handles.
