About this event
Frankenmuth's Christmas Experience Kickoff is the official start of the Christmas season in Michigan's Little Bavaria. The evening stacks public skating at the Frankenmuth Ice Rink, cookies and hot cocoa at the Visitor Center on South Main Street, Santa Claus at Fischer Hall, the lighting of the Christmas tree, and a drone show. The Chamber of Commerce and Convention and Visitors Bureau presents it as the way to open the season.
Our take: Start at the Visitor Center for cookies and cocoa, then skate before the tree lighting and drone show.
