About this event
The Merchants' Parade helps kick off the Mardi Gras parade season in Southwest Louisiana: a family-friendly night parade where, instead of traditional krewes, decorated vehicles and floats represent local merchants, organizations and community partners. Spectators get music, colorful floats and giveaways along a route that starts at the Lake Charles Event Center, runs along West Pine Street and down Ryan Street, and finishes at Sale Road.

7–9pm.
