About this event
The Jenny Wiley Festival fills downtown Prestonsburg from Wednesday, October 7, through Saturday, October 10. Festival chairman Rodney Gardner told the Floyd County Times that plans include wrestling headlined by Jeff Jarrett in the city hall parking lot, Elvis and dollar night at the carnival, a Gospel Night with a meet-and-greet by former Kentucky basketball player Jack "Goose" Givens, and concerts by John Schneider and Billy Dean. Saturday wraps up with a car show along North Lake Drive and a parade.
Our take: Come hungry: the festival chairman expects at least 40 food trucks.
