About this event
The McCall Winter Carnival began in 1924, when a crowd of about 2,000 locals turned out, and it has grown to draw visitors from around Idaho and beyond. Snow sculptures, local art, and live music fill the days, and a vendor court looks over Payette Lake. Savory food and drinks sit alongside the winter activities, and the Mardi Gras Parade is the capstone.
