The Pearlridge Open-Air Farmers Market sets up on Saturday mornings at Pearlridge Mall Wai Makai in ʻAiea, one of three Oʻahu markets run by FarmLovers Farmers Markets under founder and director Pamela Boyar. The markets are known for a community atmosphere and high-quality fresh local produce, and they serve as a food hub for residents as well as for chefs and food writers from around the state and abroad.
