About this event
Hawaii's largest food and wine festival moves across three islands: the Island of Hawaii, Kaanapali on Maui, and Oahu. More than 250 chefs, winemakers, mixologists, and other tastemakers, including Michelin-starred cooks, work with local ingredients. The gatherings connect those kitchens with farmers, ranchers, fishermen, educators, and students. The wider effort backs agriculture, culinary education, sustainability, and the place of food in a Hawaii visit.
