About this event
The Made in Maui County Festival is a shop-local gathering for Maui County makers at the Maui Arts and Cultural Center, billed as a politics- and issue-free community event. Friday is an exclusive shopping preview for guests and buyers, with fewer crowds and first pick of one-of-a-kind products. Saturday is the bigger day: 12 food trucks, prize giveaways, live musical entertainment, and vendor demonstrations. More than 140 Maui County companies are part of the festival's wholesale side.
Our take: Choose the Friday preview if you want first pick and a quieter shop, and save Saturday for the food trucks and live music.
Parking
Friday parking at the Maui Arts and Cultural Center and UH Maui College lots. Saturday uses offsite lots in Kahului and Wailuku with shuttle buses.
