About this event
The Lights on Rice Christmas Parade welcomes the holidays on the first Friday in December, when Rice Street in Lihue is closed for the night. The Rotary Club of Kaua'i Foundation presents it as one of Kauai's largest attractions, with about 60 units and 3,000 performers. The route runs on Rice Street from Hoolako Street, at the ACE Hardware, to the County Building.
